Talked to Vice Prez Victor today who told me that Chapter 4 got 2 new members and are now 23 members strong. Congratulations and welcome to the new members. We are proud to have you in the PLACAS family. I am looking forward seeing everyone in July at the Mandatory Meeting. Until then ride safe and above all have fun....
